About The Event
Brett Mondie was born in Alamance County, North Carolina on February 17th, 1986. He grew up in a traditional southern environment filled with music where he learned to play guitar and other instruments as well as write and sing. He started a band in college called Fortune In The Sun that saw success in the southeast of the United States before moving to Los Angeles to begin a solo career. There he recorded music with Grammy Winning Jimmy Hoyson, Lawrence Juber (of Paul McCartney and Wings), and learned from several other very talented artists. Today he lives in Helena, Montana with his wife and 3 kids and is at work on a full-length album to be released in the summer of 2024.
