Whether you’re throwing a retirement party, a wedding rehearsal dinner, having a business meeting or looking to have fun with friends we can accommodate groups of all sizes and budgets.
Our staff's goal is to reply to your room rental inquiry within 24 business hours. The office staff doesn't work on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
**Please note that everyone must be 18+ to be allowed in the Game Room even during private parties!**
*Please note that we do not rent rooms to groups who are having events geared toward children (ie children’s birthday parties, kid/youth banquets/award ceremonies, etc.)

What time can we arrive? Preferably 30 minutes before the party starts. If you are decorating and want to come in an hour before the party that is also okay. Note: we open at 11:30 am daily.

Can I bring in outside food or beverages? Parties can bring in outside food, but no outside beverages. If you bring in outside food, please note you’ll need to bring in your own plates, napkins, utensils, etc. For example, if you bring in a cake, bring in your own knife to cut the cake. We have non-alcoholic beverages available (soda, water, kombucha, NA beers). We encourage folks to order from Vigilante Pizza, our on-site pizza place, in advance. Rules & Regulations
A 20% gratuity is automatically applied for all group/party bar tabs.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN UNDER 18 ALLOWED IN THE GAME ROOM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
WE DO NOT HOST children’s birthday parties, sports banquets, etc.
Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made within 30 days of notice from the event date in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given if cancellation is made within less than 30 days of notice. If you would like to reschedule the party, we need at least two weeks' notice.
We provide beer, wine, and soda. Please do not bring or consume any outside alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages (our license prohibits hard liquor on the premises).
The room will be set up for your use one hour prior to your scheduled time unless specified otherwise. If decorating, please ask the staff for assistance. And, remember anything that you move around and any items that you bring in must be put back and cleaned up by your group. There will be a $100 cleaning fee if the room is not picked up. NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI.
You may bring in outside food. If you do bring in outside food you are responsible for providing all your own plates, utensils, napkins, etc.
Vigilante Pizza can be made available. If you’d like to schedule a pizza delivery, please contact Vigilante Pizza at 406-502-1077 at least two days prior to your event. Their menu is online at Vigilantepizza.com.
