Named after the famous Helena magnate, T.C. Power, this beautiful private room has space for up to 85 people. It is located on the second floor of our taproom. Sunday to Thursday $150, Friday & Saturday $250 The Power Room will be set with: 4 ct 8-foot tables with 8 chairs on each table 3 ct circular high-top bistro tables with four bar stools each 2 ct. 6-foot tables that are usually used for food. **In addition to the room rental fee, Power Room renters have a minimum spend of $100 required. This spend includes beer, wine, soda, n/a drinks, snacks...anything that we sell from behind the bar. It does not include pizzas. If your $100 required spend is not met, we will add on an additional room rental cost so that the total is $100. This $100 total is subject to the 20% group gratuity charge.** The Power Room is NOT handicap accessible. All table linen included. There are 12 total bar stools available. There are 75 total folding chairs available. Customer can rearrange the room as they would like. TV is available for presentations at no extra charge. All group tabs are subject to a 20% gratuity.
Cancellation Policy
A 20% gratuity is automatically applied for all group/party bar tabs. Children must remain with your party at all times. Please note that we do not host events geared toward children. This means no children’s birthday parties, sports banquets, etc. Complete payment is due at the time of booking or within 48 hours of booking the room. All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds. We provide beer, wine, and soda. Please do not bring or consume any outside alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages (our license prohibits hard liquor on the premises). Your party will be asked to leave if outside alcohol is found. The room will be set up for your use one hour prior to your scheduled time unless specified otherwise. If decorating, please ask the staff for assistance. And, remember, anything that you move around and any items that you bring in must be put back and cleaned up by your group. There will be a $100 cleaning fee if the room is not picked up. NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI OR BALLOONS WITH GLITTER OR CONFETTI. You may bring in outside food. If you do bring in outside food, you are responsible for providing all your own plates, utensils, napkins, etc. POWER ROOM RENTALS: If your rental occurs on a night when the Tap Room is charging a cover, your party must stay in the Power Room for the duration of the show. If people are found outside of the room, they will be required to pay a cover charge. In addition to the room rental fee, Power Room renters have a minimum spend of $100 required. This $100 total is subject to the 20% group gratuity charge. The Power Room is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Do you want to have a group tab for everyone in your party to use? Most people have us give them drink tickets the evening of their event. At the beginning of your event, you will give us the credit card you'd like to use for payment. You will give everyone in your party a set amount of tickets. Then we run a tab the evening of the event as people turn in their tickets. At the end of the evening, this tab will be closed out with a 20% gratuity. Sodas are $2/each, Beers are $5-6, NA Beers are $6, Kombucha is $7, Wines are $8 and Huckleberry Vodka Lemonade is $8. When you arrive for your party, YOU MUST CHECK IN AT THE BAR.
