At the crossroads where Southern rock and blues meet New Orleans funk and soul, Deltaphonic has spent the last decade developing an unmistakable sound. The secret to that sound is hidden in the band name, Deltaphonic. It’s a choice blend of the raw and soulful sounds that flow down the Mississippi. 

Deltaphonic defined its sound with the release of The Funk, the Soul & the Holy Groove in 2020. A year later the band solidified its current lineup when they left New Orleans to record an EP on the coast of Ecuador, buying motorcycles, and dubbing themselves “the southernmost Southern rock band” in the process.
