Purple Evolution is a Deep Purple tribute band formed in the northwestern state of Montana. The band consists of lead vocalist Steve Keller, guitarist Stuart MacKay, keyboardist Abe Dawson, bass Marlin Grundy, and drummer Mike Ogle. Purple Evolution was created to showcase the invaluable influence Deep Purple had on the history of music. Bringing together, for the first time, a band of musical experts in guitar, bass, keyboards, drums and vocals, all having extensive experience and knowledge in the art of music.
