Whether you’re throwing a retirement party, a wedding rehearsal dinner, having a business meeting, or hosting a legislative meet-and-greet, we can accommodate groups of all sizes and budgets.
*Please note that we do not rent rooms to groups who are having events geared toward children (ie children’s birthday parties, kid/youth banquets/award ceremonies, etc.)
Named after the famous Helena magnate, T.C. Power, this beautiful private room has space for up to 85 people. It is located on the second floor of our taproom.
Sunday to Thursday $150, Friday & Saturday $250 The Power Room will be set with
4 ct 8-foot tables with 8 chairs on each table
4 ct circular high-top bistro tables with four bar stools each
2 ct. 6-foot tables that are usually used for food.
All table linen included.
There will be additional stools along the bar rail against the south edge of the room.
There are 30 total bar stools available.
There are 75 total folding chairs available.
The Power Room is NOT handicap accessible.
Customer can rearrange the room as they would like.
TV is available for presentations at no extra charge.
Microphone available for an additional $20 rental fee.
We have up to 5 additional 6-foot tables available for an additional $10 Each Rental Fee, Includes Linen.
This room is located just inside the West Entrance to the taproom. It is the most casual of the three spaces and has room for up to 35 people. The cost to rent starts at $50/day. Please note that this room does have an entryway, and there may be some foot traffic throughout the duration of your rental. We can put up to 2 6-foot folding tables in this room for an additional $10 fee per table, includes linen.
This newly constructed, the two-floor room has space for up to 25 people. It is located on the two floors just to the West of our main taproom bar. The first floor is set up with tables and chairs. The second floor is set up with fixed bars and stools looks down on the floor below and has a unisex bathroom and a television. Slated for the future is a single-use elevator. The cost to rent starts at $50/day (first floor only); $100/day (both floors).
We can put 1 ct 6-foot folding table in the Lower Grotto for an additional $10 charge. There is not enough space to put a folding table in the Upper Grotto.
This newly added area has seating for 10 and can comfortably host 15 people. It has an amazing view that looks over the entire Tap Room and stage, it is most definitely the best seat in the house! There is limited availability for this space, so if you are interested inquire as soon as possible. The cost to rent starts at $100 when there is not live music and $150 when there is live music.
Please note that cover charges or tickets for music nights are an additional expense.
Rental Times? Outside Food? ETC.
What time can we arrive? Preferably 30 minutes before the party starts. If you are decorating and want to come in an hour before the party that is also okay. Note: we open at 11:30 am daily.
Can I bring in outside food or beverages? Parties can bring in outside food, but no outside beverages. If you bring in outside food, please note you’ll need to bring in your own plates, napkins, utensils, etc. For example, if you bring in a cake, bring in your own knife to cut the cake. We have non-alcoholic beverages available (soda, water, kombucha, NA beers). We encourage folks to order from Vigilante Pizza, our on-site pizza place, in advance. Looking to host an event outside? Rent a space out on our new lawn! The space comes with a tent, varying in size, a bench, lawn chairs, and a table. When you rent a space outside you will never have to worry about bringing in your own lawn chairs! For cost please inquire. The cost will increase depending on the size of your event and the day of your event. Please inquire to find out more about the add-ons. If you are interested in renting out the patio with exclusive access for just you and your guests please submit a rental request and we will contact you as soon as possible with the associated costs and details. There is limited availability for this so inquire as soon as possible.
Exclusive patio rentals start at $750.

A 20% gratuity is automatically applied for all group/party bar tabs.
Children must remain with your party at all times. Please note that we do not host events geared toward children. This means no children’s birthday parties, sports banquets, etc.
Cancellation policy: All bookings are final. Payment is due at time of booking.
We provide beer, wine, and soda. Please do not bring or consume any outside alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages (our license prohibits hard liquor on the premises).
The room will be set up for your use one hour prior to your scheduled time unless specified otherwise. If decorating, please ask the staff for assistance. And, remember anything that you move around and any items that you bring in must be put back and cleaned up by your group. There will be a $150 cleaning fee if the room is not picked up. NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI.
You may bring in outside food. If you do bring in outside food you are responsible for providing all your own plates, utensils, napkins, etc.
